Baloise and Helvetia will finalize their merger on December 5, 2025

Baloise Holding AG and Helvetia announce the completion of their merger on December 5, 2025. All necessary authorizations have been obtained, confirming the timetable set during the initial announcement in September.

The last day of trading for Baloise (BALN) shares on the SIX Swiss Exchange will also be December 5, 2025. On December 8, shares of Helvetia Baloise Holding SA (HBAN) will be traded for the first time. This date will also mark the publication of pro forma financial information and a conference call.

Zürcher Kantonalbank is acting as the executing bank for this merger. Furthermore, a conference call for analysts is planned to clarify the accounting and financial implications.
