Basel, 3 December 2025. Carsten Stolz, the Chief Financial Officer of Baloise Group, has announced his departure effective 31 December 2025. After a notable tenure, Stolz is set to explore new professional opportunities beyond Baloise.

Stolz's career at Baloise began in 2002, during which he held multiple key positions. He has been the CFO since 2017, contributing to the company's financial evolution and strategic direction.

Thomas von Planta, Chairman of the Board of Directors, thanked Stolz for his dedication and leadership. Stolz's efforts in driving financial transformation were particularly highlighted by the Board. His departure marks the end of a significant era for Baloise.
