Postponement of Publication of the EURASIA GROUPE Annual Report
On April 30, 2025, EURASIA GROUPE announced the postponement of the publication of its annual financial report for the year ending December 31, 2024. Initially scheduled for April 30, the document will now be presented on May 30, 2025. This decision does not affect the general meeting, which is still scheduled for June 30, 2025.
The postponement is due to the need to finalize certain accounting work and await real estate asset valuation reports. These steps are taking place amidst the current strain on the real estate market, thus ensuring regulatory rigor and compliance.
