Regula Berger heads the Board of Directors of Banque Cler
At the Annual General Meeting of Bank Cler, Regula Berger was elected Chair of the Board of Directors. Currently CEO of Basler Kantonalbank, she succeeds Basil Heeb. Berger, a member of the Board since 2019, aims to strengthen Bank Cler's reputation in Switzerland.
The Board of Directors also welcomes Özlem Civelek, Susanne Ziegler, and Christian Reuss, bringing significant expertise in the financial sector. This election brings the female representation on the Board to 57%, a proportion higher than the national average.
Basil Heeb, former Chairman, and two other members are stepping down. Under his leadership, he optimized synergies within the BKB Group and contributed to the bank's strategic positioning.
