The Paris Commercial Court has decided to extend the observation period for Barbara Bui SA until January 4, 2026. This decision is part of a drive to preserve business and jobs, supported by renewed confidence in the company's recovery. In June 2025, the court authorized this extension after an initial six-month observation period.

During the first half of 2025, Barbara Bui recorded solid revenue growth. Notably, the performance of its Parisian stores increased by 14%, while e-commerce activity grew by 80%. This result contributed to a consolidation of cash flow, reaching €1.9 million in May 2025.

The next six months will be crucial for finalizing the continuation plan and arranging for the repayment of liabilities. The first-half results will be published in September 2025 to ensure regular reporting.
