BARTEC Unveils Energy Distribution Solutions for Hazardous Areas

On September 3, 2026, BARTEC introduced its new Ex de Modular Energy Distribution Panel Series, aimed at simplifying the process of managing hazardous-area projects. This innovative platform not only ensures safety and reliability but also delivers up to five times greater cost efficiency compared to traditional Ex d solutions.

The series is certified under ATEX and IECEx standards, making it suitable for Zone 1/21 and Zone 2/22 environments. It supports applications up to 1,000 A, with customizable options in switching, circuit protection, and signaling. These panels are housed in either corrosion-resistant GRP or durable stainless-steel and can operate in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +55°C.

The modular design is tailored for diverse industrial sectors, including oil and gas, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. It supports both new installations and upgrades of existing facilities, offering flexibility and ease of maintenance throughout the project's lifecycle.
