Barton Gold Transitions from OTCQB to Pink Limited Market

Barton Gold Holdings Limited has announced it will cease its issuer-sponsored OTCQB Venture Market listing, effective July 31, 2026. Instead, from August 3, 2026, Barton shares will transition to an unsponsored Pink Limited Market quotation under the ticker BGDFF.

The transition aims to improve liquidity as the OTCQB sponsorship presented limited value due to low trading volumes and settlement challenges between Australian and U.S. markets. This strategic move follows the anticipated closure of Barton's US Share Register by December 2026, turning focus to its primary ASX listing.
