Conversion of ADP 2020 into Common Shares at Bassac

On May 16, 2025, Bassac converted 44,550 Class A preference shares issued in 2020 into ordinary shares, increasing its share capital by €44,550. This conversion follows an authorization granted by the May 2020 general meeting, allowing the free allocation of preference shares to eligible employees. The newly issued ordinary shares, with a unit value of €1, are the direct result of this program. Following this transaction, Bassac now has 16,677,749 shares representing 31,429,669 theoretical voting rights, all exercisable.
