2024-2025 Annual Results: Bastide Group Achieves Its Objectives

Bastide Group, a specialist in home healthcare services, has published its annual results for the 2024-2025 financial year, revealing revenue of €491.2 million, an increase of 6.3% compared to the previous year. This increase is mainly attributable to organic growth of 8.0%, notably thanks to the Respiratory and Diabetes segments. The current operating margin stood at 9.0%, reflecting an improvement in profitability.

Despite an increase in financial expenses related to debt refinancing, net profit increased by 29.3% to €1.6 million. Effective working capital management also enabled free cash flow from operations to double to €23.3 million.

For the 2025-2026 fiscal year, the Group anticipates revenue in excess of €510 million. This forecast incorporates the impact of price reductions in certain services, while maintaining financial leverage below 3x.
