Groupe Bastide Exceeds Revenue Target for 2025-2026

Groupe Bastide has reported annual revenue of €526 million for 2025-2026, surpassing its target of €483 million, excluding the impact of the EXPERF sale. This growth, representing a 7.6% increase compared to the previous fiscal year's €448.8 million (restated), reflects strong business momentum across all segments.

The homecare sector surged by 5.2%, driven by local authorities and a recovery in wheelchair shipments after a dip caused by the VPH reform. The Respiratory business achieved notable organic growth of 11.1%, despite a 4% price cut. Internationally, Groupe Bastide saw a strong performance in the UK and Canada.

For 2026-2027, the Group aims to exceed €500 million in revenue again, supported by continuous business momentum and decreased expenses from the recent sale of EXPERF. The Group anticipates an operating margin of 9% while maintaining financial leverage below 2.5x post-IFRS 16.
