Groupe Bastide Reports Solid 2025-2026 Half-Year Results

On March 18, 2026, Groupe Bastide announced its half-year results for 2025-2026. The European home healthcare services provider reported a revenue of €260.4 million, reflecting an increase of 8% compared to the previous year. The operating profit rose by 12.5%, reaching €22.2 million.

The company achieved an operating free cash flow of €24.3 million, a significant threefold increase from the prior year, and improved its leverage ratio from 3.41x to 2.77x. Bastide's recurring operating margin held steady at 9.0%, aligned with the annual target.

Strong performances were noted in the Respiratory and Diabetes segments, contributing to the 8.2% organic growth. The outlook for the rest of the fiscal year remains positive, targeting at least €510 million in revenue and maintaining an operating margin of 9.0%.
