Battery X Metals Confirms Success with New Battery Rebalancing Machine

Battery X Metals Inc. has validated its next-generation battery rebalancing technology. Their Prototype 2.0 machine successfully rebalanced a battery pack from a Class 3 light-duty electric vehicle, achieving a full recovery of imbalance-related capacity loss and a 37.7% increase in rated capacity.

This trial leveraged a significantly imbalanced battery pack, underscoring the demand for cost-effective solutions in restoring EV battery capacity. Conducted in collaboration with a Canadian distributor, the test demonstrated the potential to extend battery life and avoid costly replacements.
