Swissnet Group Reports Strong FY2024 Financial Growth

Swissnet Group has unveiled its preliminary unaudited financial results for FY2024, showing significant growth. The Group's revenue reached CHF 13.1 million, marking a 112% increase from CHF 6.2 million in FY2023. This exceeded the previous guidance of CHF 12.9 million. Additionally, the EBITDA turned positive at CHF 2.5 million, compared to CHF -0.4 million in the previous year.

On a pro-forma basis, following the acquisition of Swissnet AG, the Group's revenue stood at CHF 21 million, with an EBITDA of CHF 4.4 million. The organic growth rate reached 25% for revenue and 438% for EBITDA compared to FY2023. The Group's balance sheet also showed a strong position, with CHF 11 million in equity and CHF 4.4 million in cash, along with a positive free cash flow of CHF 2.6 million for 2024.

These results highlight Swissnet's successful strategic transformations, including significant acquisitions and international expansions, laying the groundwork for projected growth in FY2025.
