Bechtle AG Secures €450 Million Schuldschein Loan

Bechtle AG has successfully placed a €450 million Schuldschein loan, driven by high investor demand. Initially targeting €250 million, the loan's volume rose significantly, with the order book closing early due to overwhelming interest, reaching €864.5 million, about 3.5 times the original target. This placement involved 84 investors from domestic and international markets and consists of six tranches with maturities ranging from three to seven years at both fixed and floating rates.

This financial move enhances Bechtle's debt management strategy and supports its international growth and acquisition plans. Christian Jehle, CFO of Bechtle AG, remarked that this demand reflects market confidence in the company's strategy and performance. The transaction was coordinated by Commerzbank, DZ Bank, and Landesbank Baden‑Württemberg (LBBW).
