Bechtle AG Surges in Q2 2026, Adjusts Year-End Forecasts

Bechtle AG has posted impressive results for Q2 2026, with significant growth across all metrics. The company reported an 18.1% increase in business volume, reaching €2.3 billion, and a 20.1% rise in earnings before tax (EBT) to €80.2 million. A record order backlog of €3.5 billion further underscores this robust performance. Consequently, Bechtle's Executive Board has upgraded its 2026 forecast, anticipating a more than 10% increase in business volume.

Germany, France, and Benelux markets showed organic business volume growth over 10%. In contrast, acquisitions in Spain, Italy, and Portugal boosted growth in the Other Europe segment to over 20%. Overall, the organic growth across Bechtle was 12.9%, reflecting the company's adaptability in challenging economic conditions.

Despite a temporary impact on operating cash flow, Bechtle maintains a strong cash position, expecting positive cash flow for the year. The headcount rose by 5.2% through acquisitions, with organic headcount slightly declining. Bechtle remains committed to professional development, with 672 trainees enrolled in programs.
