Bellevue Group AG has announced the sale of adbodmer AG through a management buy-out, as part of its strategy to refine its business focus. The transaction, finalized on October 9, 2025, was effective retroactively from September 30, 2025. This move aligns with Bellevue's efforts to simplify operations and emphasizes healthcare as its core business area.

The company will continue to leverage adbodmer’s private equity expertise, crucial for managing investments such as the Bellevue Entrepreneur Private Fund. According to Veit de Maddalena, Executive Chairman of Bellevue, this sale enhances focus and efficiency while maintaining access to top-tier investment capabilities.
