Belvilla Enters the Belgian Hotel Market with New Launch

Belvilla by OYO has launched its first hotel in Belgium, marking its debut in the European hotel market. The hotel, named Belvilla Au Coeur d’Alle, is situated in the scenic village of Alle and aims to blend local charm with Belvilla's global hospitality standards.

The hotel features 16 rooms and is positioned to offer guests access to Belgium's landscapes and cultural sights. This launch is part of Belvilla's strategy to expand into the premium and mid-premium hotel segments across Europe, including future developments in Germany and Denmark.

Johan Vandenbogaerde, the hotel's owner, expressed pride in being the first Belgian hotel under Belvilla's portfolio, highlighting the integration of local character with international expertise. Anuj Ganotra, Country Head for Belgium, emphasized Belgium as a strategic market, viewing hotel expansion as a natural growth path.

Belvilla currently manages over 60,000 holiday homes across Europe, utilizing technology and AI tools to optimize performance.
