BeMetals Corp. Announces Trading Resumption and Share Consolidation
Vancouver-based BeMetals Corp. has declared that its common shares will resume trading on the TSX Venture Exchange starting May 5, 2026. The company has also received approval for a share consolidation, effective May 8, 2026. This consolidation will operate on a one-for-ten basis, reducing the total outstanding shares from approximately 294 million to about 29 million.
Post-consolidation, shareholders will need to exchange their existing share certificates for new ones. The process involves sending a letter of transmittal via Computershare Investor Services Inc. Despite the share reduction, individual ownership percentages and voting power will remain stable.
