BeMetals Secures Option on Savant Gold Project in Ontario

BeMetals Corp. has signed a definitive option agreement with Prospector Metals Corp. to gain up to a 100% interest in the Savant Gold Exploration Project in Ontario, Canada. The 232 km² project is located in a promising gold district near notable mines like Musselwhite and Red Lake.

The agreement outlines BeMetals' path to full ownership over five years, contingent on exploration expenditures and discovery outcomes. Initial and annual spending commitments are set at C$500,000, with scale-dependent ownership terms based on gold resource findings.

John Wilton, CEO of BeMetals, expressed optimism about the project’s potential and emphasized collaboration with Prospector and local communities. The companies plan to develop a 2025 exploration program to guide further drilling.
