BENETEAU launches a share buyback program
BENETEAU has announced the implementation of a share buyback program starting on September 29, 2026. This program entrusts an investment services provider with the task of acquiring a maximum of 400,000 BENETEAU shares.
The purchase price of these shares must not exceed the limits set by the General Meeting. One of the objectives of this repurchase is the preparation for a future free share allocation program.
With a share capital of €8,278,984, BENETEAU is pursuing a strategy aimed at optimizing the management of its equity capital, while strengthening investor confidence.
