BENETEAU launches a share buyback program
On May 16, 2025, BENETEAU SA, a boat design and manufacturing company, announced the implementation of a share buyback program. The company has commissioned an investment services provider to acquire up to 400,000 of its own shares. This buyback program is intended to support a future free share allocation program, in accordance with the limits set by the General Meeting.
BENETEAU SA, headquartered in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, has a share capital of €8,278,984. The company, listed in the La Roche-sur-Yon Trade and Companies Register, is thus pursuing its financial strategies to boost its share capital.
