Nicolas Retailleau Joins Groupe Beneteau as CFO

On June 15, 2026, Groupe Beneteau announced the appointment of Nicolas Retailleau as Chief Financial Officer, following the Annual General Meeting on June 11, 2026. Retailleau, who has been with the Group since November 2023, joins the Executive Board alongside Bruno Thivoyon.

Retailleau brings over 20 years of experience in financial management from international companies such as Valeo and Galeries Lafayette. His past roles have taken him across France, Spain, Mexico, the United States, and Belgium. His new responsibilities include consolidating and developing finance, legal, and information systems, and ensuring compliance and internal control.

As the new CFO, his mission is to strengthen Groupe Beneteau's fundamentals to prepare for future challenges and support sustainable growth. The Group extends its gratitude to former CEO Gianguido Girotti for his dedication over 11 years.
