Beowolff Capital has announced a voluntary public takeover and delisting offer for artnet AG. The offer provides an all-cash consideration of €11.25 per artnet share, equating to a significant 97% premium compared to the XETRA closing share price on March 3, 2025. Beowolff Capital has secured 65% of artnet’s share capital and aims to enhance the art market's scale and profitability through this acquisition.

The boards of artnet have welcomed the offer, recognizing the potential for long-term development in private ownership. The transaction will enable shareholders to crystallize the value of their investment before delisting. It also aligns with Beowolff Capital's recent majority investment in Artsy, contributing to a portfolio of market-leading art companies driven by shared AI tools.
