BIC Announces Preparatory Documents for 2025 Annual General Meeting
On April 18, 2025, BIC confirmed that its Annual General Meeting will occur on May 20, 2025, at the Cloud Business Center, Paris. The meeting notice was published on April 7, 2025, in BALO, and a convening notice is scheduled for release on April 28, 2025, in the Journal Spécial des Sociétés.
