BIGBEN INTERACTIVE: Monthly update of voting rights and shares

BIGBEN INTERACTIVE, a company listed on Euronext Paris, has published its monthly report on the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). As of November 30, 2025, the company has 18,547,970 shares forming its share capital.

The total number of gross voting rights is 21,989,195, while net voting rights amount to 21,949,547. This communication is in accordance with transparency obligations towards investors and the public.
