Bigben Interactive's 2025-2026 Annual Results and Restructuring
Bigben Interactive announced its consolidated annual results for 2025-2026. Revenue reached €284.5 million, a slight decrease compared to the previous year. Gross margin declined to 49.9%, impacted by Bigben Audio-Video/Telco. The group's EBITDA amounted to €55.5 million. However, a significant asset impairment resulted in a substantial negative operating result of €378.7 million.
In parallel, the syndication period for the guarantee commitment for the capital increase strengthened the position of the guarantors covering 93.4% of the bonds. These operations aim to stabilize the financial structure by early 2027.
