As of this date, the company's share capital consists of 18,538,970 shares. Regarding voting rights, the company has declared 21,983,514 gross voting rights and 21,965,962 net voting rights. These figures comply with the legal requirements in force, stipulated by Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
