Transactions in BIO-UV Group's Own Shares

BIO-UV Group has published details of transactions on its own shares carried out between November 18 and 24, 2025. This is part of its share buyback program, an initiative often used to support the share price or optimize the capital structure.

During this period, daily trading volumes varied. On November 18, 5,497 shares were acquired at an average price of €1.5840. On November 19, 4,386 shares were repurchased at a price of €1.5817. No transactions took place on November 20. On November 21, 4,084 shares were purchased for €1.5760. Finally, on November 24, the volume amounted to 4,948 shares, at an average price of €1.5806. All these transactions were carried out on the Euronext Paris market.
