BIO-UV Group announced its share transactions carried out from May 28 to June 3, 2025. These transactions are part of its ongoing share buyback program. The transactions were carried out daily on the Euronext Growth (ALXP) market.
On May 28, 1,676 shares were purchased at an average price of €2.0102. On May 29, 3,000 shares were purchased at an average price of €2.0708. On May 30, 2,979 shares were purchased at €2.0875 each. On June 2 and 3, BIO-UV repurchased 3,000 shares per day at an average price of €2.0933 and €2.0780 per share, respectively.
