bioMérieux, registered under number 673 620 399 RCS Lyon, has published a statement concerning its share capital and associated voting rights. As of February 28, 2026, bioMérieux has a share capital of €12,029,370. This capital is comprised of 118,361,220 shares.
The total number of theoretical voting rights attached to these shares amounts to 193,990,448. This declaration complies with Articles L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). It adheres to the calculation of the number of voting rights, including shares without voting rights, as stipulated in Article 223-11.
