BioMérieux: Update on capital and voting rights
BioMérieux has published an update regarding the number of shares and voting rights comprising its share capital. As of December 31, 2025, the company, with a share capital of €12,029,370, has a total of 118,361,220 shares. The number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 193,991,809. This information complies with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
The total number of voting rights includes all shares, even those without voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the General Regulations. This press release was issued in Marcy l'Etoile on January 7, 2026.
