Status of bioMérieux shares and voting rights as of May 2025

The company bioMérieux, whose head office is located in Marcy l'Étoile, has published its monthly data concerning the number of shares comprising its share capital and the number of voting rights attached thereto. As of May 31, 2025, the total number of shares of the public limited company stands at 118,361,220. These shares correspond to a total number of theoretical voting rights amounting to 191,340,059.

The calculation of the total number of voting rights, as provided for by Article 223-11 of the General Regulation of the Autorité des marchés financiers, includes all shares, even those deprived of voting rights. This press release thus reflects bioMérieux's commitment to financial transparency.
