BioNxt Progresses with Sublingual Semaglutide ODF Development

BioNxt Solutions Inc., a leader in advanced drug delivery systems, is advancing its sublingual Semaglutide oral dissolvable film (ODF) program. This initiative marks the next phase for BioNxt's GLP-1 delivery platform, targeting the rapidly growing market for diabetes and obesity treatments without the need for injections.

The program aims to offer a patient-friendly, needle-free film for administering GLP-1 receptor agonists, widely used in type 2 diabetes and metabolic disorder treatments. As the global GLP-1 market is forecasted to reach $190 billion by 2035, BioNxt's approach may offer a more convenient alternative to current injection-based therapies.
