BioNxt Solutions Advances with GMP Manufacturing and Clinical Trial Application

BioNxt Solutions Inc., a bioscience company, has marked two significant milestones for BNT23001, its sublingual Cladribine oral dissolvable film for treating relapsing multiple sclerosis. The company has completed the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) manufacturing of approximately 1,500 investigational films and filed a Clinical Trial Application (CTA) through the European Union's Clinical Trials Information System.

Following the completion of the Investigational Medicinal Product Dossier in August 2026, BioNxt is now in the formal clinical trial authorization phase. The firm aims to conduct a pharmacokinetic study comparing its product to the approved Mavenclad® tablet formulation.

GMP production ensures product consistency and quality, marking an important phase in BioNxt's development.
