BioNxt Solutions Completes $2M Non-brokered Private Placement

BioNxt Solutions Inc. has finalized its non-brokered private placement, known as the LIFE Offering, raising approximately $2 million. The company issued over 6 million units at $0.33 each. Each unit comprises one common share and one warrant, allowing holders to purchase an additional share at $0.50 until 2028.

As part of this transaction, BioNxt allocated $120,000 in cash and 363,636 non-transferable finder’s warrants. These warrants follow the same terms as the unit-issued warrants. The firm plans to utilize the funds for its European R&D efforts and general corporate needs.

An update on the extension of unsecured convertible debentures reveals that the process is underway with an anticipated conclusion by July 10, 2026, pending final approvals.
