BIOSYNEX: 2026 Half-Year Results and Promising Outlook

BIOSYNEX SA announces a significant improvement in its net income for the first half of 2026, thanks to restructuring measures and the sale of its molecular biology business. Third-quarter revenue remained stable at €21.0 million, identical to that of the previous year.

The company has emerged from the safeguard procedure approved by the Strasbourg Judicial Court, reflecting a strategy of refocusing on high value-added activities. Half-year revenue fell by 10.4% to €45.3 million, with a notable decline in the PHARMACY and DIAGNOSTIC USA division.

The improved results are accompanied by cost restructuring and expense rationalization. Net cash flow shows a slight decrease, but the safeguard plan includes financial adjustments to ensure operational continuity.
