BIOSYNEX SA: Extension of the observation period under safeguard
On March 23, 2026, the Strasbourg Judicial Court decided to extend the observation period of BIOSYNEX SA by six months within the framework of its safeguard procedure. This period will last until September 28, 2026.
Since the initiation of this procedure, the company has met its financial obligations while striving to reduce costs and reorganize. BIOSYNEX is working to refocus its activities on growth segments and to thoroughly analyze its strategic assets.
By summer 2026, the company plans to finalize a debt repayment plan. This plan is expected to be submitted to the court in September. The next hearing is scheduled for September 28, 2026.
