Bitcoin Group SE Announces New Management Board Member

Bitcoin Group SE has announced a significant change in its Management Board. Effective May 1, 2026, Anton Langbroek will succeed Michael Nowak, who will step down on April 30, 2026, at his own request. The company expressed gratitude towards Nowak for his significant contributions to the strategic and operational development of the Bitcoin Group during his tenure.

Anton Langbroek brings substantial experience in digital business models and capital markets. He currently serves on the Management Board of futurum bank AG, a Bitcoin Group subsidiary. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Alexander Müller, expressed enthusiasm for Langbroek joining the team, highlighting his potential to steer the Bitcoin Group’s next growth phase.
