Bitmine Immersion Technologies has announced reaching 4.803 million ETH tokens, equating to $7.1 billion out of its total crypto and cash holdings valued at $11.4 billion. This includes total cash reserves of $864 million and diverse crypto assets, positioning Bitmine as a significant player in the sector.
The company has been approved for uplisting to the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) from the NYSE American, effective on April 9, 2026. Their common stock will continue to trade under the symbol "BMNR".
Bitmine's commitment to Ethereum is highlighted by its MAVAN (Made in America Validator Network), serving both the company’s treasury and institutional investors. With 3,334,637 ETH staked, Bitmine leads in Ethereum staking and aims to acquire 5% of the total ETH supply.
Despite market challenges spurred by global events, Bitmine sees Ethereum as a resilient asset with significant growth potential, further bolstered by backing from major institutional investors.
