Bitmine Immersion Technologies Reports $13.2 Billion in Crypto and Cash Holdings
Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc. has announced that its holdings in cryptocurrency and cash have reached a total of $13.2 billion. This includes ownership of 4.11 million ETH tokens, constituting 3.41% of the Ether supply. Additionally, the company holds 192 Bitcoin, a $23 million stake in Eightco Holdings, and total cash of $1 billion. Bitmine's strategic aim is to acquire 5% of the total ETH token supply.
Plans for the commercial launch of Bitmine's MAVAN staking solution are set for the first quarter of 2026. Currently, total staked ETH stands at 408,627, equating to approximately $1.2 billion. The company's financial and strategic movements are bolstered by support from notable institutional investors including ARK's Cathie Wood and the Founders Fund.
Bitmine will conduct its Annual Stockholder Meeting at Wynn Las Vegas on January 15, 2026. The company encourages shareholder participation to approve four critical proposals aimed at furthering its strategic objectives.
