BlackBerry to Host Virtual AGM on June 25, 2026

BlackBerry Limited has announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on June 25, 2026, at 10:00 am ET. The event is accessible to shareholders through a live audio webcast and voting platform, which can be reached at meetnow.global/MJSLNAS.

Registered shareholders and their appointed proxyholders will have the opportunity to vote during the AGM. Beneficial shareholders not directly registered must appoint themselves as proxyholders to participate in voting. This requires submitting a form of proxy and registering online at www.computershare.com/BlackBerry by June 23, 2026, 10:00 am ET.
