Leapmotor Chooses QNX for New Electric SUV B10

Leapmotor, a leading Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer, has selected QNX technology, a division of BlackBerry Limited, to power its new mid-size electric SUV, the B10. This marks Leapmotor's first global SUV model, which debuted to significant market interest, receiving over 31,000 orders within the first two days of its China-only presale launch.

The B10 SUV integrates Leapmotor's LEAP3.5 architecture with a suite of QNX technologies such as the QNX Neutrino Realtime Operating System and QNX Hypervisor. These technologies enhance vehicle safety, performance, and cost efficiency by consolidating multiple systems onto a single hardware platform.

This collaboration builds on the 2021 partnership for Leapmotor's C11 model, reinforcing the strong relationship between the two companies. Leapmotor aims to expand its B-series portfolio internationally in 2025, focusing on accessible, high-tech electric vehicles.
