BlackRock crosses threshold in Bureau Veritas
New York-based BlackRock, Inc., has crossed the 5% voting rights threshold in Bureau Veritas. In a letter dated May 21, 2025, BlackRock announced that it holds 29,230,284 shares, representing 6.44% of the capital and 5.01% of the voting rights of Bureau Veritas.
This movement was primarily due to the acquisition of shares on the market and an increase in shares held as collateral. The shares include 6,272 ADRs and several financial derivatives such as contracts for differences (CFDs).
The transaction underlines BlackRock's continued interest in Bureau Veritas, strengthening its position in the company.
