Blue Cap AG Announces Changes to Management Board
On October 6, 2026, Blue Cap AG declared significant changes to its Management Board. The Supervisory Board, alongside current Chairman Dr. Henning von Kottwitz, reached a decision for Dr. von Kottwitz to leave his position on October 8, 2026.
Following this transition, the Supervisory Board appointed its Chairman, Dr. Christian Diekmann, to join the Management Board effective October 9, 2026, under Section 105(2) of the German Stock Corporation Act. Dr. Diekmann will take charge of strategy and finance.
Henning Eschweiler, continuing as COO, will maintain his current responsibilities concerning portfolio management. Additionally, he will also handle mergers and acquisitions starting October 9, 2026. This strategic realignment reflects Blue Cap's ongoing commitment to strengthening its leadership.
