Strengthening of the APICIL Group in the capital of Bluelinea
On June 27, 2025, Bluelinea, a player in the “Silver Economy” in France, announced a key change in its shareholding. The APICIL Group acquired 145,005 Bluelinea shares off-market at €0.46 per share on June 26, 2025. This transaction will increase its stake from 67.66% to 68.84%, with completion expected on June 30, 2025.
An additional agreement has been reached between the APICIL Group and the Westermann family, co-founders of Bluelinea. It provides for the sale of 487,059 shares at the same unit price. These shares, which are expected to be settled by the end of July, will increase APICIL's stake to 72.81%.
This transaction comes ahead of the publication of Bluelinea's half-yearly revenue, scheduled for July 29, 2025.
