Successful capital increase for Bluelinea

Bluelinea, a key player in the Silver Economy in France, announced the success of its €3.07 million capital increase. The issuance of 6,140,337 shares covered working capital requirements and repaid a cash advance. The APICIL Group, the main shareholder, increased its stake to 81.28% of the capital.

The subscription process, which closed on July 15, 2025, saw a subscription rate of approximately 102%, with 4,323,498 shares subscribed on an irreducible basis. Listing of the new shares will begin on July 22, 2025, on Euronext Growth Paris. This transaction will allow Bluelinea to continue developing its Serenea® offering.
