BOIRON: Declaration of Voting Rights as of June 30, 2026

On July 10, 2026, BOIRON published its report on the number of shares constituting its share capital and the total voting rights. In accordance with Articles L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation, this report is crucial for financial transparency. As of June 30, 2026, BOIRON held 17,545,408 shares. The gross total of voting rights amounted to 17,813,352. However, the net total of voting rights was 17,630,219, taking into account shares deprived of voting rights, notably treasury shares.
