Provision of documents for the BOIRON General Meeting
On April 29, 2025, BOIRON will make available the necessary documents for its Combined General Meeting of May 22, 2025. This meeting will take place in Messimy at 10:30 a.m. The agenda and draft resolutions are available in the prior notice published in the BALO on April 14, 2025. The notice of meeting will be published on May 2, 2025.
The documents required by the French Commercial Code can be viewed on the BOIRON website and at the registered office starting April 30, 2025. Registered shareholders can request that they be sent by email. For holders of bearer shares, proof of registration is required.
