On March 4, 2026, BOIRON published the total number of shares comprising its share capital as well as the total number of voting rights. This publication is in accordance with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation.
As of February 28, 2026, BOIRON's share capital consists of 17,545,408 shares. The total gross number of voting rights is 17,813,375. After deducting non-voting treasury shares, the net total of voting rights reaches 17,630,242.
