Publication of BOIRON's voting rights as of July 31, 2026

On August 20, 2026, BOIRON published its financial information in accordance with Articles L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. This data includes the number of shares comprising the share capital and the total number of voting rights as of July 31, 2026.

At that date, the share capital consisted of 17,545,408 shares. The gross total of voting rights amounted to 18,166,278, while the net total of voting rights, after deduction of shares without voting rights, reached 17,983,145.
